Rob Drabkin- Little Steps

Rob Drabkin has put together another pleasing collection of songs on his new record Little Steps. The record kicks off with the mellow mood-setting track “For You I Would Die,” then transcends easily into the steady drum beat of “Down To Fate,” both classic examples of what we have come to expect from Drabkin- sensible vocals in the line of John Mayer, melodic ambience and instrumentation that is not only easy on the ears but begs them to listen closely, and a rock feel that leaves the listener yearning for a chance to see Drabkin perform live. Another solid record from one of Denver’s best.
