Saturday Mar 1st – The Williams Brothers & Friends at Sabrosa
The Williams Brothers have been based from Grand Junction, Co. since 2000. In that time not only has TWBB established itself as the premier band in Western Colorado but have forged relationships with the majority of the bands in the region. TWBB shows have always been full of surprise appearances from a wide array of artists of all styles, The Williams Brothers look to honor these relationships with a recording to be released on a local level that features collaborations with their many local musical allies. This will include an open to the public rehearsal during the day and will culminate in a show that night featuring members of;
Zolopht & The Destroyers, Lowlands, Pineapple Crackers, Wheel, Flat Top Reed, We Speak Imaginese, Jack n Jill, Dualakoo, Intertwined, Bronco Country, No Outlet, Showcage, as well as special guests; Charles King, Donny Morales, Will Whalen, & That Guy. This night will prove to be on of the largest collaborative nights in the history of the Grand Junction music scene, and could only be orchestrated by The Williams Brothers, one of the longest running and most influential bands ever to come from the Western Slope.
